These are chairs by Jack Cartwright that are in the style of Ettore Sottsass' Eastside chairs. These particular examples were produced in the United States and date to the year 1995. They came from the ABC Headquarters in NYC, which interestingly had a combination of these Cartwright and the Knoll versions as well. The design features a clean-lined silhouette with a metal base and generously padded seat and back cushions upholstered in a brown and black patterned fabric.
The listed price includes one chair and there are six available to purchase.
Each chair measures 32.5 inches deep, 29 inches wide, and 33.5 inches high. These pieces do show light wear from previous use, including minor surface blemishes to the fabric and light scuffs to the base. Overall, the chairs are in good condition. Please see photos.
