Design your own perpetual awards plaque with your message and art or logo. With our online designer, you can layout the large plate at the top of the perpetual plaque and the first name plate. Add the text for your first plate in Text for First Bottom Plate and the rest of your plates in Text for Additional Items, and our professional graphic designers will layout the text on the remaining plates following the format you created on the first plate. We will send you a no-obligation proof within a business day to approve the layout of your plaque. With this plaque, you can choose to include either 12, 18, 24, 36, 60, 120, or 240 plastic plates to perfectly match the quantity you need. There are 8 acrylic board colors to choose from and 21 plastic plate colors.

When it is time to update the plaque simply complete the Reorder form.

Production Style

For this product, we have 2 production style options for you. Choose between laser engraving and UV color printing.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is the standard option for plastic. In this process, the laser strikes the surface of the plastic and removes the top color to reveal a secondary color underneath. Any art or logo will be modified for best engraving.

UV Color Printing

The other option for plastic is color printing. With this process, the art and text for your order is printed directly on the surface of the product. If you choose to go with this full color option, any logos provided will work best if they are vector images.

Mounting

For this plaque, a keyhole slot is the included mounting option. You can also upgrade to holes with screws or standoffs. For further information regarding mounting please check out our Mounting Reference Page.

Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive a proof to the email provided during checkout within a business day. The email will contain a link to view your designed product, and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof the next business day.

Once you have approved your proof, most orders will ship 2 business days later. After it has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
